Returns
You may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Certain items like opened shampoo bottles, or products damaged due to customer mishandling, are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged during delivery. If you need an exchange, please contact us.
